Rubinah Atcha RAc, BScH
Throughout her personal health journey, Rubinah came to experience the bodywide benefits of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). This inspired her to complete the Acupuncture and Moxibustion program at Eight Branches College of Eastern Medicine in Davisville. There she used acupuncture with adjunct therapies to treat a spectrum of conditions including digestive disorders, gynecological concerns such as PCOS and menopause, chronic pain, fatigue, stress, mental health, and more. Rubinah believes in a gentle acupuncture style with treatments that are comprehensive, including TCM dietary recommendations, bodywork modalities such as GuaSha, TuiNa, and cupping. She is especially passionate about women’s health and supporting those who have experienced trauma and all the bodywide symptoms that accompany it. Rubinah can support your journey to mental, physical and emotional wellness with Traditional Chinese Medicine therapies. Her goal is to offer you a helping hand to move from surviving to thriving! A former high school teacher and avid crocheter, Rubinah practices meditation, loves to experiment in the kitchen, and enjoys nature walks with her husband Matthew and adventure cats Simsim & Willow.
